Place that takes out the pleasure of working Puts lot of Pressure Outdated courses Managed by unqualified less experienced Dean's,heads, work towards securing their jobs, some get money to recruit

Very dynamic in nature, exposure to various types of admin skills, hardworking, taking work from employees, processes, technology being used, good management, good financial planning, competition.

Dislikes

too much work load, very less holidays, too much professional jealousy among the people, too much internal politics, biasing, no family time because of no holidays, less salary compared to too much work load, no job security, no career growth, work-life balance is very bad.
