obsolate qulifications and programs lack of leadership quality and professionalism with dean, heads leaders corrupted dean - getting money to promote /extend contract/recruiting new staff qulification of staff not recognised limitless buraucracy

Very dynamic in nature, exposure to various types of admin skills, hardworking, taking work from employees, processes, technology being used, good management, good financial planning, competition.

Dislikes

too much work load, very less holidays, too much professional jealousy among the people, too much internal politics, biasing, no family time because of no holidays, less salary compared to too much work load, no job security, no career growth, work-life balance is very bad.
