There is nothing to learn, no upskill scope at all. without upskill you will stuck in moving market. No career Growth, the positions above developer are all closed and beign utilized by vendors. You can't expect a promotion at all. Management doesn't care about full time employees , no options for skip-level discussion. preferences given to vendor/contractor, they will tell you what to do. Micromanagement issue.

Salary is the only good part of the company, culture, management, team is pathetic. Not worth losing peace of mind over retards.

Manager who is clueless about everything. No empathy, guidance, support along with rude abusive behavior.

There were no pay cut during the covid. The company provided a lot of covid benefits, incentives, covid kit, travel benefits to employees. Managers are never quirky if you ask for leaves it gets granted quickly.

There are certain bias people in the top management. And too much process oriented, omitting certain unnecessary process could help in smoother operation.

Poor Management Less Salary compare to market Favoritism. You don't get promotion and good salary hike if you don't buttering ur manager. There are hundreds to negative points.
