There is nothing to learn, no upskill scope at all. without upskill you will stuck in moving market. No career Growth, the positions above developer are all closed and beign utilized by vendors. You can't expect a promotion at all. Management doesn't care about full time employees , no options for skip-level discussion. preferences given to vendor/contractor, they will tell you what to do. Micromanagement issue.

There were no pay cut during the covid. The company provided a lot of covid benefits, incentives, covid kit, travel benefits to employees. Managers are never quirky if you ask for leaves it gets granted quickly.

Well the salary was a bit "packed-up" for me but still there were opportunities to earn more if I would have continued my services. Would love to work again for Boston Scientific if "opportunities" knocks back again!
