HR management is horrible and when it comes to Salary don't expect too much very minimal they will increase. One suggestion is that don't join this company as a fresher if you joined it's a wrong step.

Promotion salary both are pathetic , you don't Promotion for almost 10 years .This is the biggest flaw . Seriously they are struggling with underemployment since organization is Big. Processes are so stringent and can not be challenged. Decision making would take such a long time . Any ways if you have identity crisis and need good company to rely your identity on I guess it's good company else not.
