Dislikes

Promotion salary both are pathetic , you don't Promotion for almost 10 years .This is the biggest flaw . Seriously they are struggling with underemployment since organization is Big. Processes are so stringent and can not be challenged. Decision making would take such a long time . Any ways if you have identity crisis and need good company to rely your identity on I guess it's good company else not.

...t. Management and many staff people work extra hours almost thoughout the years. Still there is meager or very less incremente or salary hikes, career growth is slow. There's no gaming arcade, no place for chilling, very least extra cariculer activities.

In my experience it is the Best company i ever saw..and also Some most Of Employees and FLM are supportive to trainees In working area.In bidadi canteen Is worst they are giving wors food..But audugodi canteen is Excellent.They can taken one more steps to control Covid-19 than other companies.They are giving masks,Body temperature,sanitizer and also security is very very strict Thanks to Them.But management they dont even think about trainees problem & they dont care about trainees. In Covid-19 situation they taken all the safety measures Thanks To Them..

1) first of all they Are giving Bad food canteen is waste 2)They Didn't giving Any compensation to trainees 3) The management is didn't care about trainees.they didn't think we are also workes 4)They are not Treating like trainees they treating like contract workers 5) first of all please provide Proper food to employees They are the seniors & they are aged persons. They are not teaching anything to trainees.
