Work life balance is very good.

Dislikes

Compared to the current industry wide salary standards, Bosch is little short of par. It is better to raise the bar before losing all the good domain and technical experts to the pay scale disruption.

Good teammates & Higher management. Comparatively better job security. Enough training programs, according to department work stress will vary but still okay. Canteen and free food.

Work and personal life can be well balanced.

Dislikes

Pay is not good. No appreciation for good work. There are some departments where you don't get onsite at all. If you are willing to join Bosch please think of joining as a lateral with good Base salary and don't believe HR's false promise at the time of salary negotiation.
