...ter showing good performance. Many people stay in the same level for many years. Except for the last 2 years, the salary hikes have been below standards.

Culture Job Security , if you don't want to grow . learn new things and status quo is good enough then I guess it's good.

Dislikes

Promotion salary both are pathetic , you don't Promotion for almost 10 years .This is the biggest flaw . Seriously they are struggling with underemployment since organization is Big. Processes are so stringent and can not be challenged. Decision making would take such a long time . Any ways if you have identity crisis and need good company to rely your identity on I guess it's good company else not.

It's a privilege to be working for BOSCH, which is a wonderful place to work. The work culture is great and there is ample opportunity for learning and growing oneself. Management is very supportive.

Dislikes

Salary is slightly lesser than general industry standards.

Very supportive teammates. Bonus shall be paid more than 100% Hikes is reasonably good.

Dislikes

No transparency in appraisals, some departments are 150% overloaded. Middle level manager needs to be more professional and responsible. Health insurance is very poor.

Systems oriented company not person oriented. Team mates are supportive.

Dislikes

...t. Management and many staff people work extra hours almost thoughout the years. Still there is meager or very less incremente or salary hikes, career growth is slow. There's no gaming arcade, no place for chilling, very least extra cariculer activities.
