BGSW overall is a great place to work. But there should be some regulations on Internal teams/group. To take care that there is no breach in bosch ethics

HR Manager is treating HR assistant as a office boy and house keeper and they give the value for only blue collar people and training is also not providing they just used and throw out of the company eventhough am MBA student.

This company is not linked certain contractors they will pay the stipend so this company won't care about this kind of workers just used and throw them out from the company

Lazy Easy work culture. If you are good to boss, he will ensure you get timely promotion and abroad assignments. Morning till evening only Meetings nd Presentation.

Low to Average Salary, Nepotism to the core, no respect for experience nd Job loyalty. No Value addition to your Profile, just People Management as most Business deals are won thro Bosch Germany.

Projects are stable and structured for long time , and if you get good seniors its a good company to work at.(on luck)

Salary and promotion takes too much time, mostly things are automated and less scope for learnings. Rely too much on process than skillgrowth

Work life balance is best here and also job security. Companies support in adverse conditions is very good.

The salary hike is not great. If project doesnt do good the employees get affected even after putting so much hard work.
