Work life balance, promotion, salary hike, work satisfaction all depends on your manager and not the company. But there is no feedback mechanism for a manager from his/her teammates. Therefore they can play around according to their wish. Bosch should realy consider this point seriously

BGSW overall is a great place to work. But there should be some regulations on Internal teams/group. To take care that there is no breach in bosch ethics

Salary market correction not considered Due to COVID issue every daily usage product value and cost of living also increased in city. Company need to think this aspect.

Canteen food is not good. Compensation is below the market standards. Recognition and promotion will not satisfy, preference is given to people who are working for more than 10years.
