Bosch is a good company but not all departments.

Dislikes

In terms of recognitions, salary, promotions is not at all good. Management works here for the betterment of their business and don't even consider about employee's growth.

Management is full of manipulators. They are not at all trustworthy. You will be in trouble if you ask the question...so be carefull.... Be away from this company. It is not at all product company, just service company who get most of the low grade work from germany
