The work life balance is good. If you are in core automobile technology then your salary would increase much higher than non core technology like devops. But the technology used is quite old and many things are used just inside Bosch which is a drawback which you can't use outside

Old technology Very high salary difference between old employees and lateral hires

Work is great. Number of projects in various domains. Safe job. Good for someone who wants to settle here.

Management is a concern. They don't try hard to retain people. Salary for long time employees (4-5+ years) is not satisfactory.
