Work life balance, promotion, salary hike, work satisfaction all depends on your manager and not the company. But there is no feedback mechanism for a manager from his/her teammates. Therefore they can play around according to their wish. Bosch should realy consider this point seriously

BGSW overall is a great place to work. But there should be some regulations on Internal teams/group. To take care that there is no breach in bosch ethics

A company where you can settle down. Compensation is a downside. Latest work conditions have now offset the previous good work life balance but still better than few other organisations in the Automotive domain.
