... No so called Bosch values. This is completely service based with no competency. Was continued this company for almost same salary and position for my complete tenure due to just my office location is nearby my residence. Also they promised to have long term service and offered unconditional gift as washing machine.Some unethical management lied. Never show the Bosch commitment and values

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Company try to retain employees in very situation infact in Covid, no salary deduction, no firing. Even non-perfomers Employees as been given chances for improvement rather than firing from the job.

Missing of learning curve in few projects. Manager without technical skills, poor management at lower level. Too much internal politics inside the team.

1.Great work culture, Ofcourse politics are common in any company.It depends on your manager. 2. Great opportunities to grow. 3. Work life balance. 4. You will have lot of documents to read and understand, learn new things.

...you can learn all the other modules on your own as you have lot of documents. 3. Compensation is poor. 4.Overall it is great company to start as a fresher also after your package reached limits (more than 10years experience).
