Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Toxic Culture, starting from top Sanjay Shenoy, Neha n many others in the management are extremely toxic and will treat you like their slave. Zero job security, I have seen almost 8 people leaving abruptly within 8 - 10 months (either they were asked to leave immediately or they left for a better company) which is not quite usual. Talking about learning here, dont even think of it, since you are expected to work like robots you just follow whats instructed to you and dont use your head or else you are not the right employee as per them. Just another startup with toxicity at its peak and nothing to learn. If you want to make your life hell do join this company.
