...ing that we have to wait for 6 more months or the amount have to be returned. 3. Salary: Its very delayed and we receive by 10th of the next month. 4. MD is very smart in playing politics and finding ways to deduct the salary of the employees 5. We work in a very niche and specialized field of annotation but we are underpaid compared to the industry standards. 6. The HR is very talented in pleasing the MD and his rules, so there is no control of the HR. We cant even raise our concerns or else we will be blacklisted and will not be eligible for a proper appraisal. 7. No proper HR policies for the benefit of the employee. 8. Even after providing high quality annotations we are not appreciated and there is no motivation by any way. 9. The operations manager is totally helpless to take any decision as he doesn't have any say in the organization. 10. Extensive reporting which is more of a micromanagement. 11. Worst thing: Also came to know that the people who have rate 5-star here on this website are being asked to do that by the MD of the organization

...ork to be done. Heartache / Disgruntlement / Pain - Dont want to come back. - Company offers lowest salary in the industry, which is bad and due to that company is loosing its valuable employee. Company never valuses their biggest assest - that is their devoted, commited employee who spent their precious years for company.

CAUSED EMOTIONAL / PSYCHOLOGICAL / PROFESSIONAL TORTURE. - HR IS TOTTALY FAILED WHENEVER ANY QUESTIONS RELATED TO SALARY OR APPRISALS ASKED BY EMPLOYEES. - Never discloses salary bifercation and has lots of excuses to prove herself/himself always correct. HR is sweet potato while joining but when you resigned she become very rude and worst and dominating person in organization. Some people think that its her husband's company never ever leave. - One should not go here unless they wish to get abused and disturbed in every manner possible. - Possible one of the WORST EMPLOYER in the industry. - There is a huge WAGE DISPARITY. Because of that employees feel stressed out. Such a poor management. - The apprisals are not guaranteed. Depends on lot of factor(buttering is 1 on it) which they tell you only after you start following up with them. They(specially HR) have no proper calculations and when asked they are not able to give proper answeres. - They not consider employees for apprisals even though you put everything and give best performance. - No prior intimation are given to employee whenever any changes are done in CTC. - Nothing in terms of career progression. They have no plans. You have to do same work for lot of years. No promotions, No skill development, No support. - They don't care about people. They care about timesheets. - They only consider HR as their employee as they help to hire peoples, give them compensations, parties but they don't entertain other people who are working for clients. - Just like TUTION CLASSES and they will treat you like student, DON'T HAVE MANNER TO TREAT THEIR EMPLOYEE. - THEY ARE INTERFERENCE IN OUR PERSONEL LIFE IF WE UPLOAD ANY TYPE OF STATUS ON SOCIAL MEDIA. THERE IS NO PERSONEL LIFE IN THIS COMPANY.

...like about this company. From where should I start. Everything here is a scam. Your salary while discussion and after joining will never Match, Their salary structure is the biggest Scam. if your monthly salary is 20000 you will be getting only 13000 in-hand. Be aware. You are a good performer around the year but suddenly your manager will start telling you how incapable you are, how you take so many leaves and you are under performing and will highlight all the mistakes you have done and you don't even realise how suddenly everything changed which will make you feel depressed and then you will realise ohh... it's an appraisal time. Tada.... now you are the worst employee in the history of borek and they are doing you a favour by giving you 5% increment

...e in good notes there is not to ask question and do everything HR ask you to do. Never ask HR to do anything, Salary slips, Salary breakups, Confirmation letters will never be provided unless you beg for it. She will make sure that you will remember this company to the end of your life while leaving. They can also ask you to pay for the System rent, so spare some money. Beg for F&F, Beg for reliving Letter and Beg for Experience certificate. Yes they will make you beg and treat you so inhumanly I can't even explain. They don't care about your future, you suddenly become their biggest enemy once you leave.
