BSF is one of the largest border guarding forces in the world. One gets exposure in many fields as there are options to go in deputation. We get opportunity to visit new places during our service period. Duties, rules & restrictions are transperent. Coys are given job training regularly to maintain professional knowledge of troops. Physical fitness, medical and Wpn tests are also given to know individuals capability. Over all a very responsible job.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.compnay polices are good ,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonuses erythromycin year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2 years before which you can not resign.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions.
