Company has nothing to like. You'll get to learn but under extreme pressure.

Too much TOXIC work culture. Very unprofessional environment. They only pay salary (which is delayed about 10-15 days every month), no extra financial benefits. Don't add PF in account but they show it on salary slip. They cut any random amount from the salary without mentioning any specific reason in the salary slip. Only freshers run the company, freshers have to be on 2 years bond and do not get any salary slip, even they get their confirmation letter after 2 years and have to work as "trainee" for 2 years. Employees get fired without any notice and without any reason rather they create a situation and find even silly reason to fire you (term here is "chitti udana"). Management level people threaten you with "chitti udana" (means firing) to complete the task/target and to save their own job. Senior people give their task to you (and they openly admit it) and expect to deliver the task on time. They don't fire directly (to maintain company's "reputation"), instead they ask employees to resign and release them on immediate basis. Very POOR management. NO work-life balance, you have to extend your working hours every day and they forcefully make you to work on most of every weekends + you'll be not getting paid for extra working hours (they proudly give an example of employees who've been worked over night staying in office and sacrificing their holidays and expect the same from others, they call this "efforts"). They have policy of NO WFH IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BUT in weekends and holidays they force you to work from home even from office if required. The holidays and leave policies are also fraud. They don't approve your leave whatever important your reason be and don't even give you leave encashment. The rules are not same for all employees. Their policies changes from person to person. No any fun activities/celebrations at office. Don't take any action if we complain about anything instead they corner-out you. In short, don't join this company as fresher/experienced.

Dislikes

...seems to have limited business understanding, resulting in poor decision-making. Furthermore, there has been an increased workload without corresponding compensation. Unofficial terminations and forced resignations have also been a concerning practice recently. Overall, the management needs to reconsider its approach to avoid further dissatisfaction among employees seriously.

...eds to improve in management. There is very poor management system present here. Salary is always delayed by usually 10 days. No extra benefits are provided. No celebrations, no team outings nothing is provided by the company to the employees. Moreover, you are fired from the company without any reason. Company is filled with only politics. Very poor office culture and very poor management system..

No single reason for like so all things about this company are dislike. This company is like shop or roadside thella.

... nobody should join this company. Freshers are not provided with any documents. Salaries are not paid on time PF's are not paid increments are paid on time. Employees are not treated with respect . And management doesn't know what is happening on lower levels

Worst experience possible. I recommend not joining this company to everyone
