... a supportive atmosphere. Everyone fosters a teamwork and collaborative culture. The pay is good as per Bhubaneswar market. Monthly lunches or breakfast meet happens which is relaxing, we get to know each other. Celebrations is the key here, every small success is celebrated.

...ver a night also without any reason. very bad politics happened with employees . no salary on time. no job security. No promotion.

There is nothing to like. It’s a family business. If you are good at shoes licking then you can survive here. I ll list some shoe licker name here like Deepak dash, shilpa, Namrata, ramanujam, Gaurav

Terrible, they are not paying salary in every month. It’s only for the shoe lickers.

They have a very wrong work culture. They use abusive language to all employees. Every now and then changes rules and dont pay variable / incentives. Its six days a week working and no leaves on National holidays. They enter into personal life of employees. They scam clients by selling a dream of many things but they dont deliver any of them.

I have joined recently at Bookingjini and my experience has been amazing. 1. Interview Experience - During the interview I was explained in detail what would be my job responsibilities and growth opportunities, then the interview started. It was more of a one to one discussion than interview i.e it was 2 ways not one way 2. Training - Starting from the company's vision to product detail, everything is shared in detail. I was exposed to some self help books which I have never read. The town halls are really informative which helps us to learn about finance, company's goal, achievements, challenges. 3. Work Environment is very open and collaborative.
