There is no point of paying more than the market standards when they do not basic work culture. The work environment is drastically toxic. There is no job security at all. There is no hierarchy structure in terms of career growth. The company is itself new and growing and setting up now with multiple decisions, but they expect you to just plug and play. Don't get fooled by the HR with free food/40k travel allowance. The offer from Booking Holdings should be used to negotiate with other firms if you are looking for a job change.

What is the point to have a good salary but full of toxic environment.there is no job security. They just send employees out of the company without any notice period.

Worst GBS RTR team. Company should check the background of leaders before hiring. terminated from prior company on POSH case. Too hostile work environment. Regional disparity, south people are treated very very badly. Worst culture. Be ready to loose self respect. HR team are puppets and are not strong.

Mainly Accounting management team is not good. They don't give time for employees to pick up the process Manager and senior manager doesn't give proper training and they will dump the work without proper guidance Please don't join this company by seeing benefits and salary as there is no job security at all

Toxic environment. All kind cheap corporate politics you will experience in Accounting team. There is no job security, they can fire you next day if they don't like your face. Managers which were fired from other companies due to POSH or poor performance, have been hired here. Please think through before joining here.

The work culture is very toxic, micro management, leadership team lacks empathy and is only concerned about the progress of company ignoring the human value in the process. Doesn’t trust its employees and instills the fear tactic to get work done from employees.
