Please join this company if you want to spoil your career and future. - The management team is Ukrainian and all the time they keep taunting Indian and Indian culture. Why the hell they are doing business here if they don't like our country? - They don't understand the Indian market and customer mindset. And not ready to change the approach hence the company has not been profitable even after 10 years of existence in the market. - HR Head is one of the most culprit people in the company he plays politics with other staff members just to keep his seat safe and have a high reputation with Ukrainian founders. - The business head (Oleksandr Popov) is one of the worst managers I have seen in my entire career.

Everyone is friendly you can approach to anyone in the company plus you’re not forced to work like a slave.

No appreciations, No recognition, No job security only the people connected to the management can have good appreciations and benefits. Criticism is too much.
