Please join this company if you want to spoil your career and future. - The management team is Ukrainian and all the time they keep taunting Indian and Indian culture. Why the hell they are doing business here if they don't like our country? - They don't understand the Indian market and customer mindset. And not ready to change the approach hence the company has not been profitable even after 10 years of existence in the market. - HR Head is one of the most culprit people in the company he plays politics with other staff members just to keep his seat safe and have a high reputation with Ukrainian founders. - The business head (Oleksandr Popov) is one of the worst managers I have seen in my entire career....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
