Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Please join this company if you want to spoil your career and future. - The management team is Ukrainian and all the time they keep taunting Indian and Indian culture. Why the hell they are doing business here if they don't like our country? - They don't understand the Indian market and customer mindset. And not ready to change the approach hence the company has not been profitable even after 10 years of existence in the market. - HR Head is one of the most culprit people in the company he plays politics with other staff members just to keep his seat safe and have a high reputation with Ukrainian founders. - The business head (Oleksandr Popov) is one of the worst managers I have seen in my entire career.
