Company will not pay salary to its employee. Pathetic policies and you will cry if you join this company. Working on unrealistic project that will not add any value to your knowledge.

There is no proper direction to this company. Nothing connects with Vision and mission. Whole and soul of the company is CEO, does a lot of micro management, projects given to work for, are clueless and its not serving any purpose at the end and doesn't add any value to KRA, deadlines are really unrealistic, eventually under stress for no reason. Apart from this, threatening and mocking from the CEO. No learning and No growth in Bonvive. I will never recommend this company for employment.

The current team was very supportive. We were always asked to maintain an out of box approach. Senior management was always supportive. There was a comfort to work with bonvive. Results are the topmost priority, and all the members had a say in decisions made by the management. ***IMP*** I have read the reviews and I would like to comment on the same stating that, you cannot cover your inefficiency by blaming someone. and these employees which I would not like to point out have been removed from the company due to malpractice or dissatisfactory performance. and have been leveraging the opportunity of anonymous comments.

Needs more focus on learning and development. rework on their career progression plans.
