Flexible Timings and Work culture is good. I got a good manager and there is no micromanagement.

No Job security, No disciplined work ethics, No procedurized standards followed in the company, No Transparency to the Employees. They will showcase and advertise about everything but none is followed. If the upper management(persons who lacks professionalism and brains) and directors(persons who don't know a thing about managing a company) team decides something, they can do anything without prior notice to any employees they want.

The job security is the worst; even if you work hard, there's no assurance. The company might terminate you without prior notice. You could put in effort one day and wake up the next to a termination email, rife with politics. Such a worst company. Don't get into that company please my kindly request, go for some other company for job security.
