Micro Management Culture in the company. Top Management is Non Technical and involve in day to day work and spend whole day in unnecessary wasteful Meetings. Who who analysis instead of Why why Analysis. Hire and Fire Approach towards Employees and HODs. Pathetic work Environment. HR has only task of Doing PA jobs for Top Management. No HR activity for Employees.

Nothing to like very poor work life balance. No job security. Higher and fire. Too much politics. Non technical people's ruling on company and commanding on technical Engineer.

To much useless meeting with MD. Every thing taken up to MD. No value maintain by MD. No organizational structure. Strong technical people's never retain. Useless pressure. Useless questions from MD.

Dislikes

Finance people involved in technical aspects of each department and raising unnecessary questions result waste of time and HR is also pressuring employee to act as per Finance team. MD's behaviour towards employee is not good and all employees are always in fear of job loss.
