Too much of manual work. Data quality is really pathetic. Not at all welcoming for a new joiner. Also there is a flip-flop in company policy about work from home or work from office. In my case they first promised to me that it will be hybrid work culture , but later on they asked me to come to office daily.

Dont join. Pls dont Small companies are even Betgeri than grab they are ready to deduct amounts from salary anytime with no reasons or false reasons. No work life balance no growth just a service provider company with no any benefits no central involvement they hire and fire like jokes. Even if u are resigning from a higher position they will hold ur salary. Until u deposit laptop even if your FNF amount is 10 times of laptop value
