Pathetic startup hire and fire scene, they will use you in probation period and then fire you without notice. No matter how much you work there’s no appreciation and no work life balance. No incentives no overtime just slavery. The founders are a**holes , they don’t care about their employees, they will act like jerks when they are about to fire you after using you like a doormat. And their products are faulty.

Very disappointed with bonatra because they are very selfish and making employees fools and they are very unprofessional behaviour. they abusing in office and very bed behaviour with girls.

Alot... There is no job security at all. They will take all the benefits from you and in one sudden morning they will fire you without any notice. No work life balance at all work is from 9-7. No proper leaves and holidays too. Not even work from home opportunity as well. Too much of drama if you ask for an emergency leave as well. Not at all a worth place to work.

As a startup, using technology at its best to reverse diabetes, hypertension, thyroid and weight loss, we at Bonatra are happy at what we do in terms of helping people to get fitter and better without medications and seeing results and transformations that are mind blowing. Our roles are not limited to what we do, instead we get to learn more about the science behind the root causes of Cardio- metabolic diseases and its solutions. every employee in the organisation has proper knowledge about the purpose of the company as a whole. Having an awesome and fun work environment, where we are connected with everyone, irrespective of our roles.

1. Tons and tons of things to learn and experience in corporate culture 2. You are experiencing the birth and growth of a company 3. Everybody is adept in what they do, you will absorb a lot 4. Management will try their best to help you out, and teach you stuff. 5. You will be challenged every day, Forced to go out of your comfort zone every day. 6. Good prizes and incentives if you do well.

1. As it is a growing company, you really have to give your best, and even maybe it won't be enough, at that time, you have to just suck it up and continue to give your best and more 2. Long working hours- so late sleep and early mornings have to be regularised, You have to learn to operate with low sleep and high stress, it will teach you Discipline and hustle. (not a dislike- this is important if you wanna grow) 3. Stress 24/7 (You have to learn and adapt to work like this and give your best)
