bonace company did not pay salaries to 18 employees working in barmer we did follow up for many times but the finance and management team dont even respond

one employee was injured due to the accident during work but the bonace company didnt even pay single rupee for the insurance which they promised during joining he himself had to pay 2 lacs from his pocket bonace dont even care for medical emergencies for contractual employees

actually a fraud company which cheats the employees by deducting their salaries nothing to like in bonace

the employees of RIL have monthly complains about the deduction in salary accounts team is not capable enough to handle the budget management team have 0 skillset to manage the organisation and act like circus clowns even the fish market vendors have better skillset than bonace management team cheap minded work environment and pathetic work culture
