bonace company did not pay salaries to 18 employees working in barmer we did follow up for many times but the finance and management team dont even respond

one employee was injured due to the accident during work but the bonace company didnt even pay single rupee for the insurance which they promised during joining he himself had to pay 2 lacs from his pocket bonace dont even care for medical emergencies for contractual employees

In Barmer the local supervisor actions are weird. Supervisor and drivers all are relatives and they are not well educated. They are not give respect. The shifting vehicles are have not sufficient place. But company is good.
