Good work environment and culture at working locations. Huge cafeteria and appraisal are fair and they give bonus every year.

Salary received on 7th of month and contract basis work which we have to renew after every 6 months

Not at all they are not paying salary in this duration not even basic salary. From April to till date I even didn't know I am doing job or not.

bonace company did not pay salaries to 18 employees working in barmer we did follow up for many times but the finance and management team dont even respond

one employee was injured due to the accident during work but the bonace company didnt even pay single rupee for the insurance which they promised during joining he himself had to pay 2 lacs from his pocket bonace dont even care for medical emergencies for contractual employees
