Flexible schedule of work, never asked questions when you’re taking leaves it always gets approved. If you work good you will get recognised (and given even more work as reward yeah may be this should be in dislikes)

Exposure to everything in and out of your domain

Dislikes

Top brass doesn't inspire confidence. No process and system. Regular tussles in scrums. Entire company working on 1 single project. Used to much better work and work culture earlier but now deteriorating for a while. Not worth joining.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
