Great place to work in. Its a german mnc so work life balance is also very good. Company has great future. Training programs are also good. Overall don't think twice before joining.

Dislikes

Apart from reimbursement policies everything is good. Its little low. Nothing to dislike in Böllhoff.

1. Company with high profit margins 2. Work Life balance 3. Very less or no Work pressure 4. Overall good for those who want to be relaxed and money/learning is not important

Dislikes

Reginal offices in Chennai and Pune 1. Very few/ nothing to learn 2. If you have high expectations in future then this is not the company you are looking for.

Good for candidates who are starting their career and even for those who are at good senior positions. For medium age range, you will feel stagnancy soon

Dislikes

Though group is big worldwide but not much turnover in India. Small company in India so always financial constraints are there.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
