Nothing much to like. It WAS a good company but now its turning into an MNC with micromanagement at its peak.

Dislikes

Less pay. They recently merged UI and backend into one. All the EMs were from Backend so no scope for UI is left. They won't be promoted and the appraisal is peanuts.

...and delaying appraisals, fake HR policies, Only Technical Debt and support work. half day salary for delays.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest tech. As its a product company, job security is better. Worklife balance is good. Also, the company pays dividend in stocks as well from the profit earned.

Dislikes

For promotions/salary growth you have to take a stand or get rehire. As its a product company, the task becomes monotonous.

Work Culture, salary hikes, colleagues, senior management is really nice. and the senior technical team is very active in upgrading the systems to the latest.

Dislikes

not a supporter of work from home. but yeah they have managed very nicely during Covid. Kudos to them
