For promotions/salary growth you have to take a stand or get rehire. As its a product company, the task becomes monotonous.

Nothing much to like. It WAS a good company but now its turning into an MNC with micromanagement at its peak.

Dislikes

Less pay. They recently merged UI and backend into one. All the EMs were from Backend so no scope for UI is left. They won't be promoted and the appraisal is peanuts.

No control of Indian Management, India Head and HR VP doesn't take any action. They are like personal assistant of senior management. Worried about their job due to very high salaries as per market norms.
