Bold is a very stable company so, organizational hierarchy allows you to grow at a slower phase in your positions but financial growth opportunities are really good in Bold. So, overall no major cons in the company, everything is good.

- too much manager centric, Manager is god to you - No job security - asked me to resign because my salary is more than manager which hurt his ego. - no learning, repeated work - Everything is in hands of manager. - Egoistic managers - Biased HR decisions - Micro management

Nothing much to like. It WAS a good company but now its turning into an MNC with micromanagement at its peak.

Dislikes

Less pay. They recently merged UI and backend into one. All the EMs were from Backend so no scope for UI is left. They won't be promoted and the appraisal is peanuts.

No control of Indian Management, India Head and HR VP doesn't take any action. They are like personal assistant of senior management. Worried about their job due to very high salaries as per market norms.
