...ven if your performance is good and they keep on harassing you until you resign. And once you resign they ask you to buyout 2 months notice period and would try hard to take 2 months salary to provide your documents. There is no work life balance, no growth opportunities, no work satisfaction but only cheap office politics. Salary gets credited on 7th of every next month. Don't say yes to mental harassment by joining this company. The CEO of this company is a double standard guy. There is no point of talking about the appraisals because you won't be able to complete one year because they will kick you off before it. There is a lot of micro management, they monitor each and every minutes of yours and they really don't forget to disturb you when you are on leave. **DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY EVEN IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY OTHER OPTION** But if you have decided to join this company even after reading this review then beware of CEO of this company and do not forget to write the review of this company once they kick you off.
