1. work life balance is very good. 2. company's culture with in India is good. 3. timely salary 4. good number of yearly leaves. 5. Opportunities for different skills development programs. 6. friendly environment among India and manager's will listen to your problem. 7. as far as I see I don't find any politics at developers level from the management in India 8. brand name is good.

Dislikes

1. most of the projects have decades old tech, even don't have proper debugger that kind of old. 2.higher management have no future vision about tech stack upgrade. 3.one can't grow technically as one can learn but no place to implement the same. 4. company's culture between US and INDIA is only on pen and paper and not followed practicality especially when it comes to equality. 5. No faith and trust on their permanent employee, always tends towards outsourcing projects. 6. its a product based company but internally it works like a service based company. 7. Compensation is average in terms of other company's position. 8. Management have no focus/vision to restrict the attrition rate. 9. Higher manager only cries about having no budget due to pandemic.

Great and a heavy brand to carry. Work life balance best in industry.

Dislikes

India team too much dependence on US, mostly manager driven, very slow growth in career. Aerospace industry all time low... hopefully recovery will be faster than fall.
