...id money to a client and made a big drama. Took my phone and tormented me badly. And did not pay single penny for the 20 years service I have given them. People involved in this is Jalaja, Vasanth, Rosy and Savita. Evn the law is not supporting an employee for this even after filing complaint in labour court.

Dislikes

There are alot to write, but a piece of advice who refer here to join a company, " join only if you are desperate for a job, else wait for a better opportunity" People do make mistakes like us and the few who have joined here and are still stuck due to situations. Had to stay here for a year just to retain the CV stability, else would have quit the first few months itself.

Company doesn't value the employee & no growth can be expected & once you leave they maximum try & say negatively about the employee & create bad impression on them, doesn't not wether the management knows about this or just being blabbered around this people are totally messed with their behaviour & they do not have work ethics. Until working there they squeeze to get maximum benifit out of us & they don't even bother about employee.

do not ever join the company worst culture upper management is not good they treat u like servants

No job security No fixed office space they make u roam here and there only sunday is off but still they expect you to work

I wish I would have never joined this company because the upper management is a disaster and they favour people according to their standards and they don’t pay you salary for the hard work you toil for day n night this is very sick being such a big brand
