Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

...t should achieve. Lack of team work and retention rate of employees is very low. Moreover, low pay and hardly any increment and no incentives.

Nothing I like in this company worst company that I ever worked .

Dislikes

Higher management ppl are worst, there is no PF, Health insurance when I was working. . About incentives every year, they will say they will give but you wont get.
