Management is very poor and unprofessional. After joining one month salary will be taken as security deposit and there is three month notice period which is very difficult to complete and failing to do so they won't return your security deposit.

No job security, career growth, and learning opportunity. The work environment is very toxic.

Very nice work in education department by Bodh Siksha Samiti Jaipur I work here as a tgt Hindi and sanskrit teacher, I learned here that how to teach, how to behave in the classroom with special needed students I m so lucky bcz I work here with telented cordinaters and teacher's Thank you❤ 🙏

my work experience at Bodh Shiksha samiti was terrific as behaviour of seniors was too bad to handle communism is increasing day by day and groupism is at peak ..they make other cast volenteers experience worst they dont judge a person by his or her ability and qualification but all this depends on caste and from where u belong that is why i quit my job because if i asked any query of mine they ignored it instead of anwering and solving a problem ,they started to criticize me so that their job security may be confirmed .

Bodh Shiksha Samiti is totally old traditional organization and there are secularism and castelism people worked which not accept liability of another talented person. Company policies are totally in bad forums and management such as not treated with responsible behaviour and some castelism people made illigal things and claims to against the liabile people. There is not good working culture for yourself and your professional growth.

Bodh Shiksha Samiti organization is not relevant for professional growth because of if you have more capable and experience then organisation management will avoid your performance and they always give opportunity to unskilled, unpolished and old traditional castelism people which who worked with them since ago years. Bodh organisation not respect to professional privilege and there are many secularism peoples which not stable to another talented person.

Overall job satisfaction is average but work and personal life balance is very poor although negligible from the organization. Skill development and employee capacity building programme need to be focused more.
