Good benefits Culture now is changing. For incoming persons they pay fairly now

promotion/pay comes with age and not skills. There are managers still out of trend and still deal with old way of working

Company benefits and salary structure is good. Employer pf will not be deducted from your salary

Not proper process and management. All the things are controlled by manager. As a developer you will be working like toy which is controlled by manager.

The Work-life balance is pretty good here. You can opt work-from-home if the manager permits it and if you are working over-time there is compensation for that too. The policies are such as leave policy and travel etc are great.

Dislikes

An awesome company ruined by politics. Your job can be at risk even if your work is good. The managers like most of the other companies are involved in a lot of politics and you will observe a lot of favoritism here.

Good work culture and work environment and supportive team and management.Always new and challenging tasks are assigned.
