Actually nothing is her to be liked they are spending lot of money of campus etc but not paying to the employee. They did lot of lay off but still not ready to pay to the employee

Work life balance can be achieved.

So many things has changed. Too much of cost cutting. Sodaxo card benifit has been discontinued, CCD machines has been removed, laying off the employees. Poor transport service in which employees are stuffed like anything on back seat. Right now people are working here because there is no other option.

Provides good bonus, and enough leaves a year.

Dislikes

Management isnt good, appraisal is terrible, promotions are very less compared to number of new openings, managers doesnt let you apply for IJPs, have to provide explanation on each of your leaves with proofs.

Meetings for no reason ...same thing they will discuss day in day out ...you will be asked to update 14-15 trackers. That's all they will do ...no learning at all . They will say fund accounting but will ask you to do AP tasks

Work-life balance, Job Security, Work friendly atmosphere, Leave policy, Continuous up-gradation in HR policies to make more employee friendly.

Dislikes

Pay package is low for experience candidate(if don't have working experience in financial domain), Stiff appraisal policy, Appraisal is completely based on manager's decision, neither senior management or HR has any role, as it's one person's decision hence somewhat biased,
