no consideration of long term employees. work overload, unnecessary expenses for managers and infrastructure but no seat for employees to sit. domination, partiality, unnecessary meetings panicking employees, no proper requirement sharing, not giving time for analysis,always giving tests for employees, too many prod issues, over time weekend supports with no it. no hike, always low rating, micro management etc

... good annual hikes, bonuses and annual gifts. 42 leaves, nice medical policy. Employer retiral contribution is separate from the CTC, hence whole CTC comes as in hand salary. It provides company sponsored accesses to learning sites like udemy, plural sites and certification courses. Work life balance is good. Free tea coffee and evening snack.

No or very less chances to travel onshore.

The work-life balance is very good. The salary is average. The company policies are transparent and management is generally healthy. The company promotes learning and updating skills of its employees

Work is derived from New york team. Hence not that much to learn. Appraisals are below average.

Good benefits Culture now is changing. For incoming persons they pay fairly now

promotion/pay comes with age and not skills. There are managers still out of trend and still deal with old way of working

They have good educational programs to continue your post graduation and have tie ups with ISB for data analytics , IIT / BITS pilani etc. 3. Good company culture to respect person life commitments. 4. Beautiful infrastructure - you feel like working in Google premises after entering in your office. 5. Safer in terms of job compared to other captives.
