Salary or compensation is less. Work life balance shall be appreciated. My manager always provides work based upon incidents created paved the way for AE deployments. In equal distribution on work , pramotion and salary , in the last 2 years there were n number of freshers and there is only new hiring and the existing resources are exploited. They new joine have better pay than seniors and trainers. The position they got through promotion is now an entry level position. This leased no work satisfaction.

...vestment banks. They provide best food facility, cab facility, medical facility. A good amount of bonus and hike.

Dislikes

People are wired, they are arrogant in nature if you are out of pune person. Managers will make u fun in front of everyone and make laugh everyone. Managers behaves like fresher.

Good salary and another good thing is good culture. We have hybrid model work from office here !!

No job security. They have some low market projects in that company. Don't try to join those projects. Literally no job security and no skill development you can find there. Eg : Real Estate Fund Accounting.

BNY will hire with good package and immediately within 4 months they do plans to terminate employees move to pip again to warning plan then terminate with in a year, even your performance is good and met all organisation's requirements. Some attitude showing manager will decide your future
