Work life balance. There are recent changes and not sure how this will be in 2019

...ions by adding additional grade in between. Its like better not give promotions. Also no hike promotions. Poor compensation and not up to date with the organisation standards. No gift or any additional benefits, never encourage extra activity, Festival or Celebrations apart from work. Spending time for a long time will not be beneficial. Main bad thing no onsite opportunity for non software engineers.

Actually nothing is her to be liked they are spending lot of money of campus etc but not paying to the employee. They did lot of lay off but still not ready to pay to the employee

Management is not at all supportive

Provides good bonus, and enough leaves a year.

Dislikes

Management isnt good, appraisal is terrible, promotions are very less compared to number of new openings, managers doesnt let you apply for IJPs, have to provide explanation on each of your leaves with proofs.

Meetings for no reason ...same thing they will discuss day in day out ...you will be asked to update 14-15 trackers. That's all they will do ...no learning at all . They will say fund accounting but will ask you to do AP tasks

Dislikes

Worst, pathetic, unprofessional managers. 16-17 hours of continuous work with very less overtime allowances. Cheap office politics are played by managers, they literally threatens of job to the targeted person and makes their lives miserable. They also insults by using disrespectful tone on floor infront of other teams.
