Apart from compensation other benefits are good compared with market

Dislikes

Experienced people are not valued although they have given their efforts during critical times, crunches and corona period. Inexperienced students are recruited with good packages. There is no difference in packages for 3-4 years experienced people compared with newly joined inexperienced people.

Hello everyone, For the past two months, I’ve been actively applying for SDE and Data Engineer roles at companies like Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, American Express, MasterCard, Morgan Stanley, BNY Mellon, CITCO, and several others.
