There is nothing to dislike about the company. Just need to highlight few things that BNY should pay attention to their loyal employees who were working since long time through paying salary or promotion as per current market standards.

No learning, no proper KT given, favouritism among old people No job security, one day you are told that your job no longer exists due to global restructuring, forced to come to office

Likes

No micromanagement. Work life balance is good. Free transport for shift employees. Need to little improve on salary benefits otherwise it is a good organisation to work with.

Salary benefits are little lower as per industry standards

BNY Mellon is a great place to work. It is very employee friendly company. It gives you lots of opportunities to grow and show case your talent. Internal job posting is a great advance wherein if you have the skills you can grow leaps and bounds.

Well compensation is not that great in comparison to peers.

The work & self learning environment, employee facilities & benefits, pay packages ( industry wise) is very good & lucrative. Bny

Dislikes

Too much bureaucracy, Supervisor descretion level for team appraisal & incentive payouts are minimal ( most major decisions are implemented by operation managers, Service deliver leads), contract employee are heavily utilized & policies are very poor( temporary staff contracts are majorly extended due to baseless reasons, resulting in high dissatisfaction), job security is highly vulnerable. Technologically bny is very obsolote( most hardware systems are very slow & applications outages are very common)
