Fire and hire method where everything will be blamed on company or HR. In 4 years haven't spoke with HR a single time regarding feedback. They remain ghost in office. No exit interview. Peakon survey is failure with no confidentiality.

Salary structure of company is better than other companies

Dislikes

Company's policies are employee orientated but ground level mangers are manipulating as per their convince and you can't argue with them because it ll affect the performance. You can see the HR only at the time onboarding after that you ll never seen them. Managers are pressuring so much.

HR, local politics, management is not so transperent in bonus and salary hikes. Traditional attitude, narrow thinking of employees who are working from long time.

No 9 hour policy....that's why we can manage our work very efficiently. As per employee request they are providing work from home facility if it really required. Thanks once again BNY Mellon for this support.

There should be proper manager coordination... Growth is very slow...I am on same salary from last 4 years.🙃🙃 Cafeteria food quality is not good.
