Fire and hire method where everything will be blamed on company or HR. In 4 years haven't spoke with HR a single time regarding feedback. They remain ghost in office. No exit interview. Peakon survey is failure with no confidentiality.

BNY Mellon taking employees on contractual basis on low package and taking freshers from collages with high packages. Company does not convert contractual employee to permanent employee.

Overall a great organization to work with. Great benefits and compensation one can receive.

Dislikes

No work life balance at all. No management of work. A lot of Workload. Everyday they will pressurise you a lot to finish the volume and achieve the target set by management. Not a single relax day you can get there. Leaves and Backup issues. But it is completing depend on internal teams you are working in. Some teams really have great management

Salary structure of company is better than other companies

Dislikes

Company's policies are employee orientated but ground level mangers are manipulating as per their convince and you can't argue with them because it ll affect the performance. You can see the HR only at the time onboarding after that you ll never seen them. Managers are pressuring so much.
